Hahah that's great! :-) I wish it was legal here in TX! I've got waaay too many cats in my neighborhood! and nobody ever claims to own any of them. I understand why though.. for one, a cat's roaming area is too big, so the owner may be on a completely different block than you if you live in town... really though, nobody owns cats anyway, they own you!
